During these harrowing times, STAR NATION REIKI is reviving its online offering, "Breathwork & Self-Reiki," to help us navigate the troubled waters we're in.

Together, we’ll drop into a sacred container and practice the “warrior breath” to calm our minds and ground our spirits. Followed by a guided hands-on self-Reiki session, we will harness our body’s natural healing abilities and wrap up the evening feeling deeply restored and marinated in the medicine and yumminess of healing in community.

*In Buddhism, "the other shore" is a metaphor for awakening, liberation, or nirvana. It originates from the Prajñāpāramitā (Perfection of Wisdom) teachings and is often associated with the famous mantra from the Heart Sutra:

"Gate gate pāragate pārasamgate bodhi svāhā."(Translation: "Gone, gone, gone beyond, gone utterly beyond—enlightenment, svāhā!")

This chant expresses the movement from ignorance and suffering (samsara) to wisdom and freedom (nirvana), symbolized by crossing a river to "the other shore.”
